Simply email us photos of your item or submit our online form to receive a quote within 24–48 hours. Once you approve the quote, we’ll provide a prepaid FedEx or UPS shipping label. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm pricing and issue payment by check right away.
How to Submit Your Item
Complete our submission form with as much detail as possible:
- Designer name and style
- Year of purchase (if known)
- Condition and included accessories (e.g., dust bag, box, receipt)
- Clear photos of the front, and close-ups of any wear or damage
We cover all shipping costs for approved buyout items and ensure your items are handled with care from start to finish.
